Ceviche

Back from holidays, ready to blog again.

Tonight, inspired by some tapas we had in Spain I prepared a Ceviche, a Peruvian speciality.

 

Ingredients for 2:

300 gr very fresh white flesh fish

3 limes

2 chilies

1 red onion

cilantro

100gr small tomatoes (I used Datterini)

a little bit of salt

some olive oil

 

First of all chop very finely the onion and the chillies. Add the juice of the 2 limes, a little bit of salt and let the mix rest for some time.

Cut the tomatoes in small cubes and the white fish filets in small slices.

Take a serving dish, place the fish on it, the tomatoes and add the mix on top.

Chop the cilantro and put it on the top before adding some olive oil. Enjoy!
