As we planted a lot of chilies this year, we are always thinking of what to do with the harvest.
I just did this sauce in 10 minutes, of course you can choose different kind of chilies. I like the mix of flavours even as the colour may result a bit bland.
Ingredients:
2 Aji Cristal chilies
6 small Jalapeños
10 small Cayenne chilies
6 small black pepper chillies
10 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp rice vinegar
4 tbsp sesame oil
Just clean all the chilies, take out the seeds (if you want it spicier you can leave them in) and use a blender.
Keep in the fridge!
Enjoy with roasted potatoes, grilled fish or anything you like!
