Chilean Pebre

I just got a lot of Jalapeño ready in my garden so I was on the search for a good recipe.
I found this chilean recipe and everybody liked it!


1 bunch of coriander

1 bunch of parsley

2 spring onions

6 small Jalapeño peppers

2 small tomatoes (preferably the more fleshy ones)

a bit of salt

1/4 of cup of olive oil

1/4 of cup of sherry vinegar.


Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes in a blender.

Cut the tomatoes in small cube and mix to the rest.

You are ready to serve. We enjoyed it with nice grilled beef steaks.
