Have not had carrots for a long while… 😉
500 gr Carrots
2 spoons sesame oil
1/2 spoon of sugar
a little bit of spring onion
Peel all the carrots and the ginger and grate everything. Squeeze the lime and add the juice. Add the oil and the sugar and mix everything well. Take a small pan and toast the sesame. Mix it well in the salad. Before serving add some spring onion on the top. Enjoy!
