Moist chocolate tarte

I prepared a nice chocolate tart, when my boyfriend comes home and tells me he doesn’t like chocolate cakes…

Luckily this was before he tried this one ;-). This is a very easy and quick recipe.


150gr butter

150gr black cooking chocolate

50gr sugar

4 eggs

orange zest

2 teaspoons Maizena (corn starch).

In a pan heat the butter and the chocolate and keep mixing till you have a nice cream.

Prepare a 20cm cake form with cooking paper on the bottom and butter on the sides. Preheat the oven at 210°C.

In the cooking machine mix sugar and eggs till they are creamy.

Add the corn starch and the orange zest.

Start to slowly add the chocolate cream and mix at high speed.

When the mix is even put in the form and put in the oven for 14 minutes.

It can be served cool or still warm. The cake still remains moist inside.
