That’s a very easy recipe.
Just cut eggplants in 1 cm thick slices.
Put the im seasoned flour, the in egg yokes and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry them in oil. While letting cool down prepare the tsatsiki with 175 gr. Greek Yoghurt, half a cucumber, 2 garlic cloves, salt ,pepper, a little bit of tabasco and some fresh cilantro.
Cut the cucumber in thin slices, press the garlic and add the Greek Yoghurt, the seasoning an the fresh cilantro.
We serve it with a cucumber salad done with the other half cucumber.
