Tagliolini tonno, pomodoro e peperoncini

A good way to prepare the fresh pasta:



fresh tagliolini

2 cloves of garlic


some tomato sauce

1 peperoncino (chili)

olive oil

a little bit of cream


Put some oil in a skillet and add the pressed garlic and the chopped peperoncino.

When the garlic turns golden, add the tuna. Let simmer for a couple of minutes and then add the tomato sauce.

Before it is finished add a little bit of Cream.

In the meanwhile boil some water, add some salt and put the tagliolini for a couple of minutes in the water. Drain them, add the sauce and ready to serve with some parmiggiano. Enjoy!
