Mezzeh Evening – Hummus


1 tin Chickpeas (keep 2 spoons of the liquid aside)

2 garlic cloves

1 1/2 Teaspoons salt

1/3 cup of Tahini (sesame paste)

juice of 1 lime

Harissa at your taste

Chili flakes at your taste

2 spoons olive oil


Just put all ingredients in a blender until you get a creamy mix.

Season at your taste, for me it was a lot of harissa and shicimi togarashi (japanese chill and spices mix).

Serve with some olive oil and pitta bread.
