Mezzeh evening – Qusa b’seits

This one I never tasted in a restaurant, but the ingredients where appealing to me.


1/2 onion

2 small zucchini

juice of 1 lime

2 spoons olive oil

1 hand of mint leaves



In a pan heat the olive oil and fry the onions till golden.

Add the zucchini and cook till soft.

Add the mint and cook for another couple of minutes.

Put all the ingredients in a blender until you have a nice creamy mezzeh.

Serve with some Pitta bread.
