Eggplants with Miso dressing

I love eggplants and I love japanese cuisine. This is a very easy dish to prepare.

Ingredients for 2
2 eggplants
50 ml of water
1/2 spoon of Aka Miso (red miso paste)
1 spoons of Soja sauce
1 spoon of Dashi powder
1 spoon of Sesame Oil
2 spoons of Sunflower oil
some drops of Yuzu Pepper Sauce
2 spoons of roasted sesame seeds

Put the eggplants in the preheated oven at 200 C (180 C with air circulation) for 45 minutes.

In the meanwhile take a salad sauce shaker and put water, dashi, miso, and both oils.
Shake well.

When the eggplants are done take them out and let them cool down.
Peel them and cut them in 1 cm strips.
Add the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
