Tasty dinner, easy to prepare 😉
Ingredients for 2:
2 Chicken breasts
some bread crumbs
For the filling I chose (you may use what you prefer):
50 gr St. Agur blue Cheese
50 gr Asiago Fresco
100 gr grilled artichokes
4 dried tomatoes
Fresh oregano and thyme
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Take all the ingredients of the filling, mince in little cubes and the mix in the blender until creamy.
Take the chicken breasts and carefully cut a pocket entering from one of the edges.
Fill the pockets with the mix and close them with 2 toothpicks.
Dip them in flour first, then egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
Put on a baking tin ,sprinkle with olive oil and put in the oven.
In 30-40 minutes they will be ready, enjoy!
