Blueberry – Naga Bhut Jolokia Salsa

Our first Naga Bhut Jolokias are ready and many more to come. So I am experimenting with Sauce to be able to use the produce.
Ingredients:
4 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 Lime, Juice of
1 red onion chopped
2 Red tomatoes, chopped
2 Naga Bhut Jolokia peppers
150 grams of Blueberries
1/2 tsp Pimienton de la vera
Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
4 tbsp Red vinegar
Warm a pan to medium heat with the oil.
Add the red onions, garlic and NBJ Peppers. When they started to soft add the rest of the ingredients and let cook until it starts to boil and thickens.
Let it through the blender until you get a nice creamy consistency.
