As my old and simple ice cream machine decided to disintegrate just before christmas, I was just on time for a wish 😉
Now I got a nice new ice cream machine. While the portions it can make are smaller, having a compressor I can do sherbets as well.
As a first try, here a Prosecco Ice Cream:
250 ml cream
200 ml milk
100 gr sugar
2 dl of prosecco
Whisk cream, milk and sugar for a couple of minutes until it gets creamy. Then and the prosecco and whisk it until it’s well integrated.
Add the mix to the ice cream machine and switch it on.
You can serve with some fresh berries.
