This is a very quick recipe for some nice lamb chops practically fat free.
Ingredients
Lamb chops
Dijon Mustard
crashed pistachios
salt and pepper
Season the chops with salt and pepper.
Put the chops in the Mustard until they are covered and then turn them into the crashed pistachios.
Cook for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Enjoy!
