As it is the right season, here again another version of Berry Ice Cream.
This time it is blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
I freeze the fruits when I buy them to keep them nice till I have time to prepare the ice cream.
Put all the fruits in the blender (I have a very strong one that can even cut ice), add a little sugar (around 50 grams according to which fruits you select) and in this case I took Cream without lactose (there is a family member with allergy).
Cool down in the fridge for half an hour and then put the mix in the Ice cream machine till it’s creamy.
