Ingredients for 2:
1 mix of cauliflowers and romanesco (I could buy a mix of already cut florets for 700 gr)
3-4 garlic cloves sliced
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 non treated lime
2 spoons of chili oil
1 cup of freshly grated pecorino or similar cheese.
Warm up the oven at 225°C with broiling function.
Put the cauliflowers florets top down in a baking pan. Sprinkle the garlic on top, salt, pepper and put olive oil on them.
Put in the oven. After 15 minutes turn the florets upside down.
Let it in the oven for another 10 minutes and then sprinkle the pecorino on the top.
Leave it another 5 minutes in the oven for the cheese to melt.
Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with chili oil as per taste (in our case enough…).
We served it with basmati rice and a fried egg.
Enjoy!
