Tonight is pizza time. We prepare a bigger one to share.
On the previous post I showed you how to prepare the dough. Now spread it as thinly as you can.
The basis is tomato (passata), mozzarella and some fresh oregano leaves. Don’t top too much your pizza or it will not cook evenly.
On popular request, on 1 side we gonna put some gorgonzola. (Very popular with my boyfriend 😉 )
In the preheated oven at 230 °C, as my dough is spread very thin, 10-12 minutes are enough.
My boyfriend added some San Daniele and Rucola and me some Mascarpone and Rucola.
